<P>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide an optical scanning chemical microscope capable of feeding a medium in an optimum condition to a sample placed on a sensor surface and measuring a chemical substance concentration such as an ion concentration while cultivating the sample such as a cellular tissue. <P>SOLUTION: In this optical scanning chemical microscope, a sensor unit 2 having a sensor face 12 on the upper face of a semiconductor board 10 is held freely removably in a sensor tray 3, and light L from a light source part 4 is two-dimensionally radiated to the semiconductor board 10 from the sensor tray 3 side.
