<P>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide exothermic particles that well generate heat by absorbing atmospheric moisture, are refrained from rapid heat generation through a direct contact with water and are easy and safe to use, and also to provide an exothermic sheet using these particles, especially an exothermic plaster good and effective in promoting blood circulation through the plaster's temperature rise. <P>SOLUTION: The surfaces of exothermic nucleic particles containing inorganic substances that generate heat through hydration are coated with fine solid particles, preferably higher fatty acid polyvalent metal salt particles. Preferably, these exothermic particles and moisture absorptive macromolecules are mixed into an exothermic compound, which are carried by a sheet to obtain an exothermic sheet.
