PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide an inexpensive fixing device with a simple structure without any abnormal image due to the occurrence of a contact gap between the outer peripheral face of a fixing roller and a fixing blade, by improving the fixing blade and uniformly applying the outer peripheral face of the fixing roller with a trace amount of silicone oil. SOLUTION: In the cleaning blade of the fixing roller of the fixing device comprising the fixing roller and the pressuring roller, the cleaning blade comprises the stuck layers of different materials of at least two or more layers, and the thermal expansion coefficient of a blade constitution material at the side of non-contact is larger than that of the layer at the side of contacting the fixing roller of the blade.
