PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide an agricultural product sorting apparatus which can start sorting process of next agricultural products in a short time by quickly removing agricultural products of the last time before switching when the item or the type of the agricultural products is changed in the middle of sorting process. SOLUTION: The agricultural product sorting apparatus in which transportation lines 2 and 5 agricultural products are placed on saucers and transported from a measuring step for determining the sorting section of the agricultural products with a measuring apparatus 4 through a sorting step by sorting apparatuses (6-9) and to a packaging step by automatic packaging parts (38-41), is further provided with an evacuation pool apparatuses 24 and 26 for temporarily evacuating the agricultural product-containing saucers from the transportation lines 2 and 5 to the apparatuses 24 and 26 and evacuation lines (18-21, 22, 27-29) for transporting the agricultural product-containing saucers evacuated in the evacuation pool apparatuses 24 and 26 again to the upstream side than the sorting step.
