PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide an X-ray CT device capable of eliminating streak artifacts and reducing the error of a CT value as well by correcting the fluctuation of the output sensitivity characteristics of an X-ray detector due to the rising time delay of X-rays. SOLUTION: The X-ray CT device is provided with a first correction means for correcting the fluctuation of the output sensitivity characteristics of an X-ray detection means due to the time delay of the rise of the X-rays from an X-ray irradiation means, a second correction means for correcting the fluctuation of the output sensitivity characteristics of the X-ray detection means due to X-ray beam shift from the X-ray irradiation means, and a third correction means for correcting the fluctuation of output sensitivity other than the fluctuation of the output sensitivity characteristics of the X-ray detection means due to the time delay of the rise of the X-rays and the X-ray beam shift and a dispersion between X-ray detection elements. Data corrected in the correction means are converted to projection data and reconstituted images are obtained from the converged projection data. COPYRIGHT: (C)2004,JPO
