PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To display by rearranging the presentation order by considering progress of the program when a program information is presented. SOLUTION: When the program information acquitted from outside by an EPG (electronic program guide) data acquisition part 3 is rearranged under an arrangement rule previously decided in a rearrangement part 2 and displayed on a display part 4, the arrangement rule specifies that program progress is calculated from present time from a time requisition part 6 and broadcasting time slot contained in the program information and arrangement order of the program information is decided from the program progress. Furthermore, the decided arrangement order is corrected by attributes of the program (story type program or non-story type program), viewing and listening history recorded in a record part 6a, and taste information registered in a taste information data base7. The arrangement rule is corrected by a rule correction part 9 based on a program selection result of users inputted from a selection information input part 9.
