<p><P>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide an operation indication system with which working force is reduced at a storefront side, demands from clients are directly grasped in detail at a workshop side by images and sounds and a proper estimate and date of delivery are presented. <P>SOLUTION: A terminal apparatus 1 at the client (user/customer) side and a terminal apparatus 21 at the workshop 3 (operator) side are equipped with cameras 11, 12 and 22, sound inputting means 16 and 26, sound outputting means (not shown diagrammatically) and image display parts 15 and 25. Image information of definite operation indication of a product or an article photographed by the camera 12 at the client side and sound information of operation indication by a client are transferred through a communication circuit 2 to the terminal apparatus 21 at the workshop 3 side in real time, if necessary, duplex communication of voice conversation is carried out and the operator side grasps in detail the contents of the operation indication of the product or the article on the basis of the image information and the sound information transferred to the local terminal apparatus 21. <P>COPYRIGHT: (C)2004,JPO</p> |
