PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a manufacturing apparatus of a ground sludge briquette the structure of which is simple and with which operation is simplified without necessitating a gate and its driving structure in the ground sludge briquette manufacturing apparatus for manufacturing the ground sludge briquette by pressing the ground sludge. SOLUTION: In the ground sludge briquette manufacturing apparatus for manufacturing the ground sludge briquette by compressing the ground sludge filled up in a sleeve 11 with a sleeve 11, a lid 28 having liquid extracting holes with which the sleeve 11 is clogged and a press rod 12 having liquid extracting holes which is movable forward and backward in the sleeve 11, in this ground sludge briquette manufacturing apparatus, the lid 28 is fixed to a stationary plate 2a made of a metallic block which is erected on the base of a machine and the sleeve 11 is provided movably forward and backward to the lid 28.
