PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a reel for a tab-tape which improves accuracy by matching the interval near the outer periphery of the core with the interval of the end of the flange (near the outer periphery of the flange) to the utmost between a pair of flanges, improves the accuracy by loading in the case of the shipment and making no deformation of the flange in the case of mounting on a mounting device, and improves the accuracy of the reel by surely preventing the reel from deforming, waving and moving with respect to tab-tape in the case of taking-out and delivering the tab-tape. SOLUTION: The core 1 around which the tab-tape is wound is rotatably provided to a pair of flanges 2 regulating the position of the width direction of the tap-tape wound around the core. Axial deformation, waving, and movement of the flange 2 and the core 1 are prevented by fixing the flange 2 to rotate the core 1, and taking up and delivering the tab-tape. The tab-tape is no longer strongly rubbed to the flange 2, and taking-up and delivering of the tab-tape become smooth, and abrasion dust is remarkably reduced. Since the positioning accuracy of the width direction of the tab-tape becomes high at the time of taking-up and delivering, the location accuracy is raised. COPYRIGHT: (C)2004,JPO
