PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To directly transmit or receive a predetermined message to or from a communication device with unknown address, without going through a base station, in a communication system including a mobile communication device. SOLUTION: The mobile communication system performs wireless communications between a communication system and a mobile communication device. The communication device receives specific information transmitted from a peripheral mobile communication device, and transmits a predetermined message along with the specific information for the purpose of being received by the peripheral mobile communication device. The mobile communication device transmits specific information for the purpose of being received by the peripheral mobile communication device, and accumulates the transmitted specific information. The mobile communication device receives specific information and a predetermined message transmitted from the peripheral mobile communication device, and determines whether the received specific information is accumulated or not, and broadcasts the received predetermined message if it is determined that the received specific information is accumulated.
