PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide an information communication terminal which makes a PPP (point-to-point protocol) connection possible, without making callbacks, when the callback is not required. SOLUTION: The information communication terminal 10 includes a connection request receiving part 101 which receives a line connection request transmitted from an information communication device 20 and a PPP request transmission part 102, which transmits a PPP connection request for the PPP connection to the information communication device 20 by means of a communication line, after the communication line is connected on the basis of the line connection request thus received.
