The loudspeaker (10) housing consists of one or more ring segment-shaped parts (1), whose diameter faces enclose an angle of 20 to 45 degrees At their diameter faces they are concentrically and rotatably joined. The housing rests on its deposition face (5), using intermediate padding ring (4), on fitting face (6).The housing is secured concentrically and rotatably to fitting face by threaded sleeve (7), or screwed to fitting face via fastening bores (9) of loudspeaker through several displacement bores at edge of its deposition face. The loudspeaker is fitted at its free front face (11).
