<P>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide paste-like seasoning sauce containing oil and fat and starch which are materials for foods excellent in appearance, taste, texture, etc., by preventing cloudiness by separation and emulsification of oil and fat during processing step of the paste-like seasoning sauce containing starch or during the seasoned sauce. <P>SOLUTION: The method for producing the paste-like seasoning sauce comprises specifying components of the sauce so that the sauce comprises 1-10 wt.% oil and fat, 1-30 wt.% starch and 0.01-1 wt.% stabilizer without using an emulsifying agent and specifying a charging period of oil and fat and agitating conditions after charging the oil and fat. <P>COPYRIGHT: (C)2004,JPO |
