REACTION CONTAINER FOR AMPLIFYING NUCLEIC ACID, AND METHOD FOR AMPLIFYING NUCLEIC ACID BY USING THE SAME

PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a reaction container in which an amplification reaction of a nucleic acid is easily carried out well even by using the reaction container constituted of a glass or a semiconductor; and to provide a method for amplifying the nucleic acid by using the reaction container.

SOLUTION: The reaction container for amplifying the nucleic acid is used for carrying out the amplification reaction of the nucleic acid contained in a sample. The container has a base plate, a cavity formed on the base plate, a lid plate for sealing the cavity, and a sample-injecting hole formed in the lid plate. At least a part of the cavity and the inner surfaces of the lid plate is hydrophobic.
