PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To realize a display high in precision and high in contrast. SOLUTION: Microcapsules inccorporates an electrophoresis particles dispersion are manufactured by making a dispersed phase containing electrophoresis particles in a dispersed state and a hydrophobic dispersion medium pass through a porous membrane and be discharged into a continuous phase containing dispersion stabilizer and a hydrophilic medium so as to form an emulsified state and subsequently forming microcapsule walls between the dispersed phase and the continuous phase.
