PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide an air conditioning monitoring device for realizing more suitable operation control of an air conditioner. SOLUTION: An air conditioning temperature setting section 8, in response to a set temperature changing directive from a remote terminal, transmits a set temperature changing command including a temperature indicated by the directive to an indoor unit and makes the set temperature be changed. When an operation monitoring part 40 detects suppression by abnormality of the air conditioner, an automatic abnormality releasing section 6 transmits an abnormality release command to an outdoor unit and automatically releases the abnormal state of the air conditioner, and an operation control section 7 transmits an operation command to the outdoor unit to restart the operation when an abnormal code for specifying the occurring abnormality is stored in an emergently operable abnormality storage section 4. When abnormality is detected again after restarting the operation, the automatic abnormality releasing section 6 and operation control section 7 transmit the abnormality release command and the operation command, respectively, and the operation control section 7 transmits a frequency control command for lowering operation frequency and restarts the operation of the air conditioner by emergent operation having reduced air conditioning capacity.
