PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To obtain a novel thermoplastic polymer composition which comprises a polyacetal resin and is highly impact-resistant at about normal temperature and in a wide temperature range. SOLUTION: This thermoplastic polymer composition comprises (i) a polyacetal resin (I) and a block copolymer (II) consisting of an addition polymer block (A) which is a block copolymer having an aromatic vinyl compound polymer block (ii) and a conjugated diene compound polymer block or a hydrogenation product of this block copolymer (II) and a polyurethane block (B), (a) in a wt. ratio of (I)/(II) of (95/5)-(30/70), (b) provided that the polyurethane block (B) in the block copolymer (II) is a block comprising a high molecular weight polyol, a branched aliphatic diol having a number average molecular weight of 50-400, and an organic diisocyanate compound.
