A method and an apparatus for judgment of physical constitution and physical strength for a person under test are described. The apparatus comprises a first input unit, a second input unit, and an arithmetic unit. According to the present invention the first input unit enters fat mass in a trunk of the person under test. The second input unit enters fat mass in lower limbs of the person under test.
