<p>The device comprises a hopper (1) in which a rotor (2) is resting, along the periphery of which rotor knives (5) are mounted. A stator knife (7) is mounted to an angle to the longitudinal axis of rotor (2) sidewise and internally to the housing of hopper (1). Under rotor (2) a screen (8) is fitted, and beneath it - an air turbine (9) which is connected to a second hopper (12), having a complex 3-dimensional form. By the method the laminate wastes are released into the hopper (1) and are subjected to crushing by cutting with the stator (7) and rotor (5) knives. The crushed particles, taken in by the air turbine (9) get across screen (8), and simultaneously are being cooled so that their temperature should be under 70-80 degrees C. From turbine (9), the crushed particles enter the second hopper (12), are subject to a vortex and run down along its inner walls to its central hole (17). The reworked laminate waste is used as raw material in civil engineering and industry for making different products similar to plastic ones. For this purpose the reworked laminate waste is heated to 170-200 degrees C, is molten and is injected moulded in different forms. 5 claims, 3 figures</p> |
