Anti smoking device and method

Described is a devise to accept coinage of any denomination which resembles a money note in the likeness of a cigarette. The device is tubular in shape and the tube is capped at both ends with permanently sealed plastic caps, and comprises a sighting hole part way along the tube. The tube may be used as an anti-smoking device.
