FIELD: equipment providing hygienic safety of can with food products and beverages, particularly for caps having opening for beverage consumption formed in upper end thereof. SUBSTANCE: method involves placing thermoformed plastic film on upper can end; bringing thermoformed plastic film into contact with upper can rim for creation of closed chamber; heating film up to proper film thermoforming temperature; evacuating air space between film and upper edge of can rim by applying pressure of pressurized air jet to upper film surface; cooling film which results in film hardening and firm connection thereof to flat upper end of can with film form retention. Pressure of air jet is combined with pressure of deformable elastic packing which action is restricted by area defined by round rim. EFFECT: increased volume of evacuated air. 15 cl, 15 dwg |
