BUILDING MANAGEMENT SYSTEM

PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a building management system capable of easily perform coping in the case that management object equipment or the like is present in an additional interior finish work.

SOLUTION: Building equipment 1 is connected to a local controller 16 and the local controller 16 is connected in the state of being provided for each prescribed unit to a host controller 17 having items for monitoring / controlling the building equipment 1 as a database 18. A small-scale building management system 20 having the items for monitoring / controlling building equipment 11 executed in a time period different from the building equipment 1 as a data base 21 and the host controller 17 are LAN-connected. By transferring the database that the small-scale building management system 20 has to the database 18 that the host controller 17 has, the building equipment 1 and 11 is inclusively monitored / controlled by the host controller 17.
