PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide an electric socket assembly of simple structure, wherein the pressure received by a central processing unit is small. SOLUTION: This electric socket assembly includes a socket and a fixed board. A plurality of supports are mounted on a bottom part of the socket. The fixed board includes an approximately square main body. An oscillating member is mounted on one end of the main body. A frame-shaped pressing member is pivoted on the other end of the main body, a latch is mounted on the end opposite to the other end on which the pressing member is pivoted, and supporting members are extended downward from proper parts at both sides of an outer edge of the frame-shaped pressing member. Pressing members are extended downward from an inner side edge of the frame-shaped pressing member, and the central processing device is closely attached to a surface of the socket.
