PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To prevent a stay of a large quantity of refrigerator oil in an evaporator. SOLUTION: When an air conditioning heat load is the predetermined value or more, opening of a nozzle 41 is controlled so that a coefficient of result reaches a target value, and when the air conditioning heat load is less than the predetermined value, opening of the nozzle 41 is controlled so that a refrigerant rate flowing in the nozzle 41 reaches the target value. With this structure, when the air conditioning heat load is small and the refrigerator oil easily stay in the evaporator 30, the pump ability to be required to circulate the refrigerator oil staying in the evaporator 30 to a compressor 10 can be generated by an ejector 40. Since a stay of a large quantity of the refrigerator oil in the evaporator can be prevented, lowering of a refrigerating ability of the evaporator 30 and shortage of the lubricating oil in the compressor 10 can be prevented.
