PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To allow a player to exchange prizes without leaving a game machine and to eliminate a complication of reserving medals in a card by inserting the card into a card slot and reserving left-over game media from the prize exchange in the card. SOLUTION: If medals held by the player are left over after the player transmits selected prize list data and receives a prize receipt number, the player inserts a membership cart into the card slot 35, and the number of left-over medals is recorded in the membership card by a card reading part 35R. When the membership card in which the number of held medals is recorded is inserted into the card slot 35, the number of reserved medals read by the card reading part 35R is displayed in a liquid crystal display device 22. The data on the number of reserved medals is transmitted to a hall computer 42 via a prize exchange counter 41, and the number of held medals is managed by the player holding the membership card.
