PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a sheet processing device miniaturizing a periphery of a matching member, having rich design performance, and saving a cost. SOLUTION: This sheet processing device and an image forming device is provided with a sheet carrying means composed of a pair of discharge rollers 330 receiving and carrying a sheet S discharged from a printer main body 100, and discharging the sheet S from a discharge port; and slide guides 301, 302 divided in a width direction generally orthogonal to a sheet carrying direction so as to move in the sheet width direction, and having a carrying surface 450 guiding and holding both side edge portions in the width direction of the sheet discharged from the discharge port. At least a part of an exterior surface 452 of a member such as a motor M opposite to the sheet holding/carrying surface 450 of the slide guides formes a part of a sheet carrying upper guide.
