PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a sanitary and usable high frequency heating device whose size is not large because of its simple construction, whose water leakage from its water tank into the inside of the device is prevented and whose heat from its heating chamber does not give harmful effect on the device. SOLUTION: The high frequency heating device 100 has a high frequency generation portion which supplies a high frequency wave to the heating chamber where a substance to be heated is set and a steam generation portion which generates vapor inside the heating chamber. The high frequency heating device 100 supplies at least the high frequency wave or the vapor to the heating chamber in order to treat the substance to be heated by heating. The water tank 23 for supplying the water to the vapor generation portion is disposed on an outer surface of the high frequency heating device 100 with disattachment possibility.
