PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a video display device in which correction is collectively made for irregularity in luminance and chromaticity of irregular shapes generated in a portion of one display unit and in the region that is spread over a plurality of display units. SOLUTION: The device is provided with a video data signal generating means 140 which is used to generate video data signals of video, a video display means 110 which displays video on a screen that is formed by a plurality of display units, a correction coefficient storage means 130 which respectively stores correction coefficients of a plurality of display units, a display control means 120 which is used to control the display units, a picture element selection means 150 which selects at least one picture element and a correction coefficient changing means 160 which obtains change information used to change the correction coefficients and changes the coefficients.
