PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a laminate having excellent transparency, appearance, mechanical strength, stiffness and the like and to provide a method for manufacturing the laminate by co-extruding. SOLUTION: In the laminate having at least one polypropylene layer (A) and at least one ethylene/unsaturated ester copolymer composition layer (B), the layer (A) is constituted of a polypropylene having a melt flow rate MFR (230°C) of 0.1-40g/10min at 230°C and a load of 2,160g, and the layer (B) is constituted of an ethylene/unsaturated ester copolymer composition having a mean MFR (190°C) of 1-20g/10min containing an ethylene/unsaturated ester copolymer (B1) of 60-99pts.wt. having a melt flow rate MFR (190°C) of 0.1-5g/10min at 190°C and a load of 2,160g and an ethylene/unsaturated ester copolymer (B2) of 40-1pts.wt. having an MFR (190°C) of 6-500g/10min.
