PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a mother's milk preservation bag 10 for reliably opening a bag mouth 100 by a simple operation. SOLUTION: The bag mouth 100 is formed by tearing a welded portion 10a at an upper end of the mother's milk bag 10 from a notch 10k, the bag mouth 100 is opened by picking and pulling a tab 14 by fingers while pressing right and left ends of strips 12 and 13 by other fingers, and mother's milk is filled from the opened bag mouth 100. After mother's milk is filled from the bag mouth 100, a protective paper 16 is peeled, the bag mouth 100 is closed so as to roll in the strips 12 and 13, and the bag mouth 100 is closed by adhering a roll-in portion 10m to an adhesive tape 15.
