PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a signal processing apparatus in a resolver for reducing manufacturing costs. SOLUTION: In the signal processing apparatus of the resolver 1 for outputting the rotational angle of a rotor to be measured based on a bi-phase sinusoidal waveform signal, a control section 11 acquires a signal in each phase at specific timing while sandwiching the amplitude peak generation time of bi-phase signals being prescribed while the rotor is essentially at halt for the bi-phase signal outputted from the resolver 1, performs deviation error correction in sampling timing between signals in each phase, and calculates and outputs an angle based on each sampled signal.
