PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To obtain a complex compound having high heat resistance and low crystallinity and excellent in charge transfer properties and provide a charge transfer material comprising the complex compound and a highly functional organic elefctroluminescent element by using the complex compound. SOLUTION: The complex compound is expressed by general formula(I). The organic electroluminescent element is provided by using the complex compound.
