摘要 PURPOSE: A converter tapping method is provided to use a small quantity of the oxidation degree reducing material and more effectively reduce oxidation degree of slag in teeming ladle for a shorter period of time by injecting slag oxidation degree reducing material into the circumference of tapping hole, thereby reforming only slag around the tapping hole. CONSTITUTION: In a converter tapping method for tapping molten steel refined in the converter steelmaking process from tapping hole of converter to teeming ladle, the converter tapping method is characterized in that oxidation degree of slag in the ladle becomes 2.5 or less by injecting an oxidation degree reducing material into the circumference of the tapping hole at a time point corresponding to 20 to 80% of the total tapping time, thereby maintaining oxidation degree of converter slag around the tapping hole to 10 or less, wherein the oxidation degree reducing material is an aluminum contained material, and an injection quantity of the oxidation degree reducing material is 1 to 2 kg/ton of slag, wherein the aluminum contained material is aluminum dross or aluminum preparation, and wherein injection of the oxidation degree reducing material is performed by using an oxidation degree reducing material injection device(20) comprising a plurality of oxidation degree reducing material containers(23) comprising one or more of rods(21) consisted of a hook part(211) both ends of which are formed in a container hanging hook shape, a fixture(22) for fixing the rods to rod(2) of slag dart(10), and a hanger part(231) hanging on the hook part so that the oxidation degree reducing material is contained in the plurality of oxidation degree reducing material containers.
