<P>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a machine charge collection system in which an operating information collecting server automatically collects machine operating information, a charge charging server automatically collects the operating information, determines the charging of a machine in accordance with the operating information and charges a charge together with a communication charge, and to provide a use information collecting server, an operating information collecting server and a charge charging server. <P>SOLUTION: A Pachinko machine 8 rented to a Pachinko parlor 2 from a game machine manufacturing company 1 is provided with an operating information storage device 9 and stores the operating information of the Pachinko machine 8.
