<P>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To prevent damage in active control devices caused by excessive vibration. <P>SOLUTION: A detection signal comparing part 19 for comparing a detection value by an acceleration detection signal with a preset value is provided on a control part 16. When the detected value of car acceleration becomes a set value or more, active control to an electromagnetic actuator 13 is temporarily stopped.
