PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a monitoring environment whose degree of freedom is high and whose independency is high to a plurality of operators in a mixing system configured by combining a plurality of consoles or engines. SOLUTION: This mixing system configured of an engine for executing a mixing algorithm and one or more consoles for monitoring the engine is provided with selectors 250 and 252 for monitor which select voice signals at arbitrary places, and output those voice signals as monitor signals MON1 and MON2. When there is only one console, the selecting states of both the monitor signals MON1 and MON2 are set based on the selecting operation in the console. When there are two consoles, the selecting state of the monitor signal MON1 is set based on one console operation, and the selecting state of the monitor signal MON2 is set based on the other console operation.
