PURPOSE: An electric curing device is provided to improve productivity and to reduce manufacturing cost by controlling the pressure and temperature of curing medium and shortening curing time. CONSTITUTION: In an electric curing device(200), heated nitrogen gas is used as curing medium. And, the heated nitrogen gas has a pressure of 5¯30 kilograms to the square centimeter and a temperature of 150¯250 degrees centigrade. A gas heating device(100) heats the nitrogen gas. The temperature of the heated nitrogen gas is controlled by a control valve(400), and is supplied to the electric curing device. A recovery device(300) recovers the nitrogen gas after finishing curing.
