PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To improve the efficiency of a work of fitting a link member to a fitting member. SOLUTION: In an intermediate fitting condition in which a foot link 35, a face link 37, and a defroster link 38 are fitted to an air-conditioning case 11, and only a part of link side fitting ribs 42 formed on a mode link 31 and a part of case side fitting ribs 11b formed on the air-conditioning case 11 are fitted to each other, a non-insertion state is realized, in which pins 35a, 37a, and 38a of the links 35, 37 and 38 are not inserted in guide grooves 32, 33 and 34 of the mode link 31. Therefore, the required positioning to insert and completely fit the pins 35a, 37a and 38a in the guide grooves 32, 33 and 34 from the intermediate fitting state is only for setting the rotational positions of the links 31, 35, 37 and 38. In addition, the positioning work is achieved with the center of the mode link 31 already positioned. As a result, the efficiency is improved. COPYRIGHT: (C)2004,JPO
