<P>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide an Internet advertisement system which automatically displays an e-mail address on a form for transmission, confirms the acceptance/rejection of e-mail distribution and distributes an e-mail when the e-mail distribution is accepted regarding Internet advertising. <P>SOLUTION: This Internet advertisement system is shown in a web page displayed on the display screens of terminal devices 3a, 3b and 3c through an Internet server. When an advertisement on a display screen is selected, a first form to which information including the e-mail addresses of the terminal devices 3a, 3b and 3c can be inputted is displayed to allow users to select the acceptance/rejection of e-mail distribution by the form. By transmitting the form to a server, the information of the first form is accumulated in the storage device of the server where advertisements are registered.
