PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To produce an image having gloss on demand by using an electrophotographic method, in place of printing. SOLUTION: The image is formed in the electrophotographic method by using toner, containing a light reflective material and a developer. If the light reflective material does not damage the fixing or releasing properties of the toner, and if a sufficient gloss of the image is attained it is not particularly limited. The light reflective material uses a metal powder, alloy powder, flake-like metal powder, flake-like alloy powder, inorganic powder coated with metals, organic powder coated with metals, inorganic flake-like powder coated with metals, organic flake-like powder coated with metals or the like, and can use two kinds or more, as needed.
