PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To narrow the space in a vertical direction occupied by a sheet path and prevent the sheet from floating. SOLUTION: This sheet port-processing device includes an upper conveyance guide 9a turnable vertically for guiding an upper surface of a sheet, a lower conveyance guide 9b for guiding a lower surface of the sheet and allowing the sheet to be stacked thereon, upper and lower sheet ejecting rollers 3a and 3b for ejecting and conveying the sheet on downstream side of the upper conveyance guide 9a, an arm 8 for displacing the upper sheet ejecting roller 3a in a vertical direction, a cam 7 for pushing the arm 8 up, a stapler for stapling the sheets stacked on the upper guide 9a, a link portion 8a and a link lever 9a-2 for changing the position of the upper guide 9a upward, a standard wall 10 for receiving the sheets stacked on the lower guide 9b, a sheet holding member 50 for being separated from the sheets when the downstream side of the upper guide 9a is downward and for holding the sheets when the downstream side of the upper guide 9a is displaced upward.
