PURPOSE: Provided is a dewatering and discharging apparatus for salted chinese cabbage to hygienically dewater a large amount of salted chinese cabbage in a short period of time, and consequently mass-producing kimchi as well as reducing the production cost of kimchi. CONSTITUTION: In a dewatering and discharging apparatus for salted chinese cabbage cut into a predetermined size, it is characterized in that a driving motor(5) with driving pulleys is mounted on a bed(6) installed on a stand(7); driving members are installed on the driving motor and connected to each driving pulleys of dewatering unit and discharging unit; the dewatering unit has a dewatering tank of which bottom is connected to the driving pulley; the discharging unit has a plurality of supports, a scattering preventing cover and an inner pipe; the dewatering unit has a discharging hole(41) and an outer pipe(4) with a drainage way(43).
