PURPOSE: A uniform heating equipment of continuous heat treatment furnace is provided which prevents heat loss to the maximum by continuously consisting heat treatment operation of an object to be heat treated and obtaining superior heat treatment effect. CONSTITUTION: In a heat treatment furnace used in heat treating a small article and rotated by motor and speed reducer, the uniform heating equipment of continuous heat treatment furnace is characterized in that a rotation body(18) is constructed in such a way that a front part of the rotation body(18) is high, and a rear part of the rotation body(18) is low to continuously inject and discharge an object to be heat treated(4), injection hopper(2) and discharge chute(3) are connected to the front and rear parts of the rotation body(18), supporting roller(11) and flame ignition part(12) are installed at a side of worm gear(13) of the injection hopper(2), gas infusion part(6), cooling water injection part(7) and cooling water discharge part(8) are installed at a side of the discharge chute(3), and electrical heating heaters(9,9a,9b) are installed inside asbestos heat reserving layer(10) of an outer cylinder(20) for covering the rotation body(18), wherein several water proofing retainers(23) are insertingly installed at a side of cooling water circulation part(19) constructed inside the worm gear(13) in rear of the discharge chute(3) and rotation body(18).
