PURPOSE: An organic electro-luminescence display panel and a driving method thereof are provided to reduce the power consumption and enhance visibility without changing image quality by using a double scan structure. CONSTITUTION: An organic electro-luminescence display panel includes a plurality of data lines(40), a plurality of scan lines(50a), and a plurality of pixels formed at each intersection between the data lines(40) and scan lines(50a). The first group is formed by connecting pixels between the first scan line and the N th scan line each other in the direction of a data line. The second group is formed by connecting pixels between the N+1 th scan line and the 2Nth scan line each other in the direction of the data line. Groups of odd numbers are simultaneously connected to one data line electrode. Groups of even numbers are simultaneously connected to a color electrode. The above connection structure is extended to a scan line.
