The invention relates to a medicament composition, for external use in the therapy of skin inflammations, heat- and sun-burn, eczema, allergic and mycotic skin afflictions, dekubitis, hemorrhoids and poorly-healing wounds in human and veterinary medicine. According to the invention, the medicament comprises: 0.010 0.025 % (weight percent) fluocinolone, 0.0 0.3 % dexamethasone, 0.0 3.0 % hydrocortisone, 0.0 0.5 % gentamicin and 0.0 - 12 % neomicin. Said medicament comprises at least one of the above steroids: dexamethasone and/or hydrocortisone and one of the two above antibiotics: neomicin and/or gentamicin and optionally vitamin A and/or vitamin E and/or insulin and pharmaceutically acceptable carriers or solutions in the remainder up to 100 % of the medicament. The active agents are formed by the pure compounds or the pharmaceutically acceptable salts of said compounds, the esters or the salts thereof in the same amounts as the said pure compounds (all % = weight percentages). The medicament has been found to be particularly effective for the therapy of chronic psoriasis wounds. |
