PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To increase the working efficiency of an operator in an oil tank, and to ensure safety for a tank lorry shipment managing system. SOLUTION: The operator is made to carry a tag (Tag), and required data such as a vehicle number, an oil kind, a quantity, and a history is input on the tag. After a hatch allocation is performed in an administration office, the tag is carried to a lorry loading place, and the data is input in an island control computer through a non-contact type explosion-proof tag read/writer.
