<P>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To transfer technology on the research result by finding matching between the seeds of the technology development and the needs of enterprises. <P>SOLUTION: A processing section uses a communication network to disclose information on technology seeds including research project of research and development, the research result, the expected result, the balance of research expenses, and the like (S101). Upon a contract subscription from an implementing organization, the processing section inputs the contract subscription information (S103, S105). The processing section determines whether the kind of the subscription is an information disclosure contract that discloses a detailed research result information to an enterprise, an option contract that provides the enterprise with an option right to implement research result on a term basis before an implementation contract, or an implementation contract that imparts the right to implement the technology resulting from the research result, and executes a contract processing that matches each kind of subscription (S107-S113). The processing section calculates distribution of the counter valve obtained by the technology transfer to a research organization and a research and development mediating organization (S117), and stores the result in a storage section (S119). <P>COPYRIGHT: (C)2004,JPO |
