<p><P>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a financial accounting system which easily maintains consistency of modification of journal data by synchronizing a financial accounting system using e-mail. <P>SOLUTION: The financial accounting system of a corporation side is provided with a journal data input means of the corporation side which conducts the operation of a client corporation side concerning the financial accounting, a difference data creating means of the corporation side which automatically creates the journal data, which is newly registered, modified, or deleted among registered journal data, as difference data, an e-mail setting means of the corporation side which sets e-mail, an e-mail transmitting means of the corporation side which automatically attaches the difference data and transmits it to the set e-mail address, an e-mail receiving means of the corporation side which receives the modified difference data by e-mail, and a journal data accepting means of the corporation side which conducts reflection as the modified difference data. <P>COPYRIGHT: (C)2004,JPO</p> |
