The present invention provides a facing arrangement (11) for a hold (12) of an aircraft or spacecraft (13), comprising: a first and a second panel (14a-14d) which form a gap (15) between them; a first mounting part (22) which is to be attached to a primary structure (23) of the hold (12) and which has at least one locking means (26); and a second mounting part (24) which has at least one counter locking means (28); the locking means (26) and/or the counter locking means (28) passing, at least in portions, through the gap (15) between the first and the second panel (14a-14d); and the locking means (26) and the counter locking means (28) being locked together in order to connect the first mounting part (22) to the second mounting part (24) for holding the first and second panels (14a-14d) between the first mounting part (22) and the second mounting part (24).
