PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a centrifugal air lift pump increasing a discharge quantity and water pressure in addition to the pumping capacity of an air lift pump. SOLUTION: A bubble guide vane 6 rising in lateral L-shaped spiral form is provided at the inner periphery of a casing 2 of the air lift pump. Bubbles are fed from the lower part to generate rotation and to apply centrifugal force to water containing the bubbles. Even if the bubbles are diffused on the water surface, the water still holds sufficient kinetic energy to acquire the large discharge quantity and water pressure. COPYRIGHT: (C)2004,JPO
